Yves Schyns – Manager Benelux & European Trade Mark and Design Attorney
Passionate about alpine skiing, Yves has chosen DISTINCTIVE+IPSILON as his new playground for testing his off-piste skills in order to handle your files from the steepest angles.
His Italian roots make him a great lover of fine cuisine.
Yves has been working for 10 years as a European and Design Attorney, as well as a Luxembourg IP attorney, representing companies active in various fields of activity such as cosmetics, board gaming and catering.
He passed his master degree in law at the University of Liège, and pursued with a specialised master in European competition and Intellectual property law.
Belgian of origin, Yves works in French and in English. He also would be happy to assist you in Italian.
Dominique Charlotte Crassaerts – Distinctive Founding Partner
Dominique created the Belgian office in 2003 and the Luxemburg office in 2010 keeping the motto “ cousu main” at heart.
Her expertise is well esteemed among her clients for the proactive, accurate and value-oriented counselling she constantly provides.
After more than 40 years in IP, Dominique is now transmitting her experience and supporting the new Benelux Managing Director.
She stands ready for global strategy, cases critical issues and nice talks with clients.
